Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Rachnatmakarts, we take pride in creating handcrafted, customized, and artistic products with love and care. We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

🛑 Order Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Products:
    Orders for non-customized (ready-to-ship) products can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
    To cancel, contact us via phone or email with your order ID.
  • Customized/Made-to-Order Products:
    Once we begin working on your customized item (with name, logo, artwork, etc.), cancellations are not accepted.
  • After Dispatch:
    Orders cannot be cancelled once they are packed and handed over to the courier.

đź’° Refund Policy

Refunds Are Applicable Only In the Following Cases:

  1. You received the wrong product.
  2. The product was damaged in transit.
  3. The item is missing from your package.

In all the above cases, a full unboxing video (from seal opening) must be shared within 48 hours of delivery at rachnatmakartsjhs@gmail.com or WhatsApp.

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Delay in delivery caused by courier or wrong address entry.
  • Minor color or design variations due to screen differences or handmade nature.

🔄 Replacement Policy

  • If a product qualifies for a return (damaged/wrong/missing), we may offer:
    • A free replacement, or
    • A store credit, or
    • A full refund to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to decide the best suitable resolution based on case evaluation.

⏱️ Refund Process & Timeline

  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund will be made to the original mode of payment only.
  • In case of store credit, you will receive a coupon code valid for your next purchase.

📦 Return Instructions

We will guide you with return shipping steps if applicable. In some cases, we may arrange pickup or request you to self-ship the item with a valid courier receipt.
