📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after receiving full payment and customization details (if applicable).
  • For customized or made-to-order products, the processing time may extend up to 5–10 business days depending on the complexity and order volume.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

🚛 Shipping Methods & Partners

We ship across India using trusted delivery partners such as:

  • India Post
  • DTDC
  • Delhivery
  • Blue Dart
  • Professional Couriers (or other regional partners)

Once shipped, a tracking ID will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp.

🕒 Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 4–7 business days
  • Non-metro locations: 6–10 business days
  • Remote areas: 7–12 business days

Please note, these are estimated timelines and actual delivery may vary due to factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or festive seasons.

📍 Delivery Address

  • Ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are correct and complete.
  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused due to incorrect or incomplete information.

🛠️ Customized Orders

  • For personalized products (with logo, artwork, name, etc.), the production time is included in the delivery schedule.
  • You will be informed in advance if your order requires extra time due to specific customization requests.

📸 Damaged Packages or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please share a video of the unboxing within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will evaluate and resolve the issue through replacement or store credit (as per Return Policy).

❗ Delivery Delays

  • Rachnatmakarts is not liable for delays caused by:
    • Natural disasters
    • Political unrest
    • Courier strikes or operational issues
  • In such cases, we will notify you proactively and assist in tracking your order.

📦 Bulk or Institutional Orders

For large volume, corporate, or event-based orders, we recommend placing your order well in advance. Timelines will be shared based on quantity and customization requirements.

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at the moment.
